My fitness journey started in the boxing gym, where I became a young amateur fighter- I learned the value of discipline, consistency and hard work. Boxing built the foundation for who I am today and sparked my passion for fitness and self-improvement.
Over time, that passion moved into the gym, where I fell in love with strength training and the process of building a physique I was proud of. More than the physical changes, fitness gave me confidence, structure and a strong mindset that positively impacted every area of my life.
Training has also played a huge role in my mental health, helping me build resilience and become the best version of myself. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others grow their confidence, improve their mindset and achieve results they’re proud of - both physically and mentally.
