Meet Imy.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, but over time I realised it became about so much more than just training. The gym became a place that taught me discipline, resilience, confidence and how powerful it is to truly commit to yourself. It helped shape the person I am today, which is why helping others experience that same transformation means so much to me.

 

What I love most about coaching is the people. I know what it feels like to struggle with confidence, to want to feel stronger in yourself and to crave a routine that makes you feel good mentally and physically. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping my clients build more than just their dream physique — I want them to build self-belief, confidence and a healthier mindset around fitness and themselves.

 

My goal as a coach is to create an environment where people feel supported, understood and inspired to become the best version of themselves — both inside and outside the gym. Alongside coaching, I continue to pursue my own goals within bodybuilding, which constantly inspires me to keep learning, growing and showing up as the best coach I can be for my clients.
